Paula Barrett began her career in Real Estate in 1986 and is a full-time business owner/Broker in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, & Construction Consulting. Her extensive hands-on experience in Real Estate sales, property management, construction and business development gives her unique advantage in today’s aggressive market. - Process prospective tenants for showings, rental applications and through the rental approval process when approved.

- On-site Annual safety inspections, red-flags, additional occupants and other possible issues
- Drive by property every 30-45 days to make sure there are not red-flags
- Tenant insurance addendum requirement or added to rent
- Tenant resolutions with existing problem tenants
