Our journey began with Paula and Marcie in 2014 when trying to sell our Fullerton home that we lived in for 14 years. While the house was in good condition, Paula and Marcie recommended some enhancements to improve it's marketability. While we a little weary of spending a lot, it turned out to be the best advice we could ever get. After putting in a new bath and some flooring, we ended up not only getting offers at the price we asked for, we received multiple offers and were even able to negotiate free rent back for 60 days! A year later, Paula and Marcie have helped us find a new place that meets all the needs we had, even when a few surprises came up, they were always giving us the information we needed to make informed decisions.
